The EB-3 visa is an employment-based immigration category that allows workers to apply for a U.S. Green Card. It is divided into three groups:

Skilled workers: Must have at least 2 years of experience or training.
Professionals: Must have a bachelor’s degree related to the job.
Other workers: Includes unskilled positions with permanent job offers (e.g., caregivers, support staff).
